A representative for New York City-based bake shop Crumbs announced on Monday that the chain will be closing all of its stores indefinitely.

The closure of the stores is due to financial trouble and was delisted from Nasdaq recently. The company will also be filing for bankruptcy. All employees have been notified about the closures.

There are 65 total locations, all which will be closing across 12 states.
