Your first thought after seeing this adorable baby stuffed in a tube might as well be, "This has to be photoshopped..." but it's real! This baby is sitting in a contraption called a Pigg-O-Stat, which is an X-ray machine designed for babies to position and hold infants during the scan. This positioning is beneficial because it quickly grabs a clear image, resulting in less exposure to radiation.
The idea is genius, but this photo which was submitted on Reddit, gathered a lot of confused and hilarious comments. One of our favorites was a great Willy Wonka and the Chocolate Facotry reference; "Augustus Gloop: The Early Years". Too cute!
