I've jokingly said more than once that I wish Congress would stop bickering, hold hands and sing "Kumbaya" and see if everyone can get along for just a little while.
Well, they actually did it the other day! Members of Congress met on Tuesday to mark the 50th anniversary of the Civil Rights Act and joined hands for the most awkward singing of "Kumbaya." Can't you just see and feel the love? No, no you can't. But it is kinda fun to see the pained look on their faces as they try to get through this as quickly as possible.
