New York City Schools Closed For Winter Storm Stella

New York City public schools will be closed on Tuesday, March 14th, in anticipation of a major blizzard that is expected to hit the Tri-State Area with up to 2 feet of snow. Mayor Bill de Blasio made the announcement on Twitter earlier today.

de Blasio is advising everyone to remain off the roads on Tuesday and to prepare for snow and dangerous road conditions. This nor'easter is expected to be the biggest storm of this winter, as New York City is expected to receive 12-20 inches of snow.
