Paul McCartney Announces 'The Freshen Up U.S. Tour 2019' Dates

Paul McCartney is coming to America.

On Friday (August 31), the rock legend announced The Freshen Up U.S. Tour 2019, which sees the former Beatle playing in the U S of A for the first time since his One On One Tour in 2016 and 2017. It will also be McCartney's first American jaunt upon releasing his upcoming album Egypt Station, which is slated for a September 7 release. The album features lead single "Come On to Me" and the playfully raunchy love song "Fuh You."

The small set of tour dates begins on May 27, 2019 and kicks off in Raleigh, North Carolina at the PNC Arena before making stops in Greenville, South Carolina and Madison, Wisconsin and wrapping things up in Moline, Illinois at the TaxSlayer Center.

In addition to these dates, McCartney also recently announced a slew of dates in Canada and the UK in late 2018. Fingers crossed he adds more U.S. dates down the road.
