Jenna Bush Hager Welcomes Baby Boy With Husband Henry

9th Annual UNICEF Snowflake Ball

Jenna Bush Hager gave birth to her first son!

The 37-year-old Today co-host became a mommy for the third time, as she and husband Henry Hager welcomed a son, Henry Harold 'Hal' Hager, on Friday morning (August 2) at 9:02 a.m., PEOPLE confirmed Monday (August 5). The married couple's newborn arrived weighing 7 lbs. 5 oz. and measured 19.29 inches.

“We are overcome with joy to welcome Henry Harold ‘Hal’ Hager into this world!” Jenna told the publication. “He is named Henry after many on his father’s side including his dear dad and his paternal grandfather. Harold comes from my maternal grandfather, Pa, who I loved dearly and was unable to keep a son long enough to name."

Baby Hal joins big sisters Margaret "Mila" Laura, 6, and 3-year-old Poppy Louise, who Jenna says "are thrilled to have a little brother," and have already given him the nickname "Hal Pal.”

Jenna surprise-revealed she and her husband were expecting again on-air in April. “Yes, I’m pregnant!” she announced. “I’m very pregnant. I don’t know how you missed this! I’ve needed seven or eight sports bras.”

Later on during the same broadcast, the former first daughter held a gender reveal on the show, sharing the news that she and her hubby of 11 years were expecting a baby boy.

Congratulations, Jenna and Henry!
