New York City's largest costume and accessories superstore, Halloween Adventure, will close its doors permanently this February.
The East Village shop has provided New Yorkers with costumes year-round for almost 25 years. Stretching one block long at 808 Broadway/104 Fourth Avenue, Halloween Adventure is known for its extensive selection of costumes, wigs, masks, makeup, decor and novelties.
As reported by SecretNYC, the store has been having massive 50% off sales for the past few weeks and the closure comes due to lack of business during the COVID-19 pandemic. Starting out as a temporary pop-up store in 1981, the company has since expanded to three permanent locations, two in PA and this one in NYC.
