Matt Nathanson grew up celebrating both Hanukkah and Christmas and has many family traditions! During our Holiday Lite Show, he shared his favorite holiday tradition with Cubby and Christine.
The singer explained, “My best friend and I are still best friend since we were 5 years old. He has helped me put up my Christmas tree every year since we were 6 or 7. We used to have a fake tree and then we bargained with my mother and father to get a real one… One of the traditions we have is that we always put on The Muppets and John Denver Christmas record and we always put on Emmet Otter's Jug Band Christmas.”
