90 ft Holograph ship is visible under the Ben Franklin for Oct- Halloween!

Thanks to our friends on CBS 3 for this cool story! There is a cool 90 foot Holograph ship under the Ben Franklin Bridge in Philly in time for Halloween fun! It is visible starting this Friday October 4- November 3 at Race street pier.The Delaware River Water Front Corp is responsible for what they call a free Ghost Ship Holograph! See it from 7-10 pm. There is a different view from Columbus blvd. Check out the video!
