This Saturday October 5 the Philadelphia International Dragon Boat Festival welcomes racers of all levels. It is an annual celebration of ancient Chinese dragon boat racing. Dozens of colorful boats are manned by teams of up to 20 paddlers that compete against each other in several heats throughout the day. It happens on the Kelly Drive from 8 am-5;30 PM!
