Man Shot 15 Times In North Philadelphia miraculously walks to hospital!

Thanks to our friends at CBS 3 for this story. A man was reportedly shot 15 times in the Kensington section of Philadelphia overnight. He miraculously was able to walk to the hospital and into the emergency room which was 2 miles from the scene! As of this morning he was in critical condition and underwent surgery.
