A Porch Pirate is someone who steals packages that were delivered and left on your porch. A woman in Colorado Springs got revenge on them. After they stole packages from her porch that included her daughter's diabetes medication she came up with a great idea! She stuffed two decoy packages with household garbage and used kitty litter! The thieves took them!
