Federal investigators are trying to get to the bottom of a mystery near Los Angeles International Airport. Two commercial airline pilots reported seeing someone flying in a jetpack close to their aircrafts as they landed Sunday night.
Aviation experts say it's not just dangerous, it's also illegal.
