Philadelphia ranked No. 118 in U.S. News& World Report’s 2020 ranking of the top 150 best places to live in the United States, falling 16 spots from last year’s report. Philadelphia has fallen in the rankings for the last two years, ranking No. 98 in 2018 and No. 102 in 2019. The city ranked the third lowest of the eight Pennsylvania cities that made the list, falling behind Harrisburg, Lancaster, Pittsburgh, Reading, and York.
