The Fugees are back.

On Tuesday, the Grammy Award winning hip hop group took fans by surprise when they announced their upcoming International Reunion Tour in honor of the 25th anniversary of their most notable album The Score. The tour marks the first time Lauryn Hill, Wyclef Jean and Pras Michel will have taken the stage together in 15 years. Wasting no time, the group's reunion is set to kick off on Wednesday, September 22 with a performance during the Global Citizen Live at an undisclosed location in New York City. The 12 show tour, presented by Diaspora Calling and produced by Live Nation, will launch on November 2nd at the United Center in Chicago and wrap the North American leg on November 28th in Washington, D.C., before trekking to Paris, London, Nigeria, and Ghana to complete the second half of the tour. Lauryn Hill said in a statement:

“The Fugees have a complex but impactful history. I wasn’t even aware the 25th anniversary had arrived until someone brought it to my attention. I decided to honor this significant project, its anniversary, and the fans who appreciated the music by creating a peaceful platform where we could unite, perform the music we loved, and set an example of reconciliation for the world.”

Wyclef took to Instagram on Monday to seemingly tease the news of the group's reunion. Posting a video a clip from his 2002 hit, "PJs," the legendary producer wrote:

"Winter's coming! A lot of you are saying you want the old Clef back. Be careful you might get your wishes."

Catch the iconic trio at Global Citizen Live, a once-in-a-generation global broadcast event calling on world leaders to defend the planet and defeat poverty, which airs on September 25. Check tour dates and tickets for the International Reunion Tour here.
