Shocking footage has emerged showing a Chinese man setting his ex-wife's hair aflame after he signed the divorce papers with her at a Chinese marriage registry. The incident occurred January 11 in the Panshi city in north-east China, according to reports. At the beginning of the footage, a man with his thigh on fire is spotted walking past the service counters of the marriage registry. After bending down and calmly patting the fire out on his thigh, he slowly walked away without looking back. Then a woman, believed to be his ex-wife, ran into the scene with her hair aflame. Two men rushed to tap her hair to put out the fire, but the rescue effort didn't work. The staff members eventually got the fire out with an extinguisher. It remains unknown whether or not the man would be charged for arson.
