When Diandra Toyos was shopping at Ikea with her mom and three kids, she noticed two male strangers following her family and realized that something was terribly wrong. What happened next will send chills down any parent's spine and Diandra took to Facebook to share her story to warn everyone about what could happen if parents aren't as careful. "I noticed a well-dressed, middle aged ma, circling the area, getting closer to me and the kids," she wrote on Facebook. "At one point he even came right up to me and my boys. He wasn't even looking at any merchandise, occasionally he would pick something up but put it right back."
In addition to this stranger following them, Diandra's mom noticed another male hovering close by. He was walking in the same circling pattern as the first man. To really test their theory, Diandra and her family sat in one of the display rooms for 30 minutes and during that time the men sat on a couch across from them without moving. As soon as they were through the Ikea maze, they reported the issue to security. "Something was off. We knew it in our gut. I am almost sure that we were the targets of human trafficking," she explained, though she admits in an edit to the post that she has no exact confirmation on what the men were really up to.
