Footage was released of a man in a wheelchair stuck in train tracks in Lodi, California seconds before the train was going to hit the man! In to the rescue came Officer Urrea who was able to move the 66-year old man. His leg was hit by the train and was transported to the hospital for medical treatment. He is expected to survive. Major kudos to the officer for stepping in to serve and protect.
